Welcome to Fynd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fynd website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Fynd, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Fynd is a campus discovery and social app for verified students. It helps you explore places around your school, build itineraries, share recommendations, post events, and see what other students at your campus are talking about.
Fynd provides informational recommendations only and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any suggested location, business, or service.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:
Campus features - posting, browsing student content, and seeing who else is on your campus - require verifying your student enrolment. See section 4.
Fynd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
Campus features require verifying that you are a currently enrolled student. Verification is handled by VerifyPass, a third-party service - see our Privacy Policy for what that involves.
Verification confirms enrolment only. It is not a background check, an identity check, or a safety guarantee about any other user. Use good judgment, and read section 5 before meeting anyone in person.
Posts, replies, events, photos, secrets, and other content you share on Fynd are visible to other verified students on your campus (or as otherwise indicated in the app). You are responsible for what you post.
You agree not to post content that:
Automated and human moderation review content before and after it appears. It is imperfect in both directions - you can report content you believe violates these Terms, and we may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that do.
If you delete your account, content you posted to a shared campus community is kept with your name removed rather than deleted outright, so conversations other students took part in are not erased. You can delete anything you created yourself at any time, with or without deleting your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Fynd aggregates information from various public sources and uses artificial intelligence to generate place descriptions and suggestions.
Because of this:
Users are responsible for verifying information before visiting locations.
The Service may include links to third-party websites, maps, or services such as:
Fynd is not responsible for the content, policies, or services of third-party providers.
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Fynd provides place and event suggestions for informational purposes only.
Fynd does not:
Users assume all responsibility when visiting suggested locations or attending events found through Fynd.
All content on Fynd, including:
are the intellectual property of Fynd and are protected by copyright and applicable laws. This does not apply to content you create and post yourself, which remains yours - by posting it, you grant Fynd a license to display it within the app as described in section 5.
You may not reproduce or distribute Fynd's own content without permission.
We strive to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Fynd may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
